Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Made-to-order processing

Our products are made to order. Standard production time is 2–3 weeks before dispatch. Selected products may have a shorter production time of 2–6 days when expressly stated in their product description. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping charges

Shipping is paid by the customer. The shipping charge is displayed before payment at checkout. The packed weight, parcel dimensions and destination are relevant to shipping costs. Please review the shipping charge and delivery estimate before placing your order.

Event dates and express shipping

If you need an item for a particular date, contact aopetrollc@gmail.com before ordering so we can confirm feasibility. An express shipping option speeds up transit only and does not shorten production time unless we confirm that separately. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed event-arrival dates.

Your address and order

Check your delivery address and personalization carefully before payment. Contact us as soon as possible if something needs to be changed. Once your order is shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
